Dispatch times

Orders placed on weekdays/evenings are normally dispatched within 24hours by Royal Mail using 2nd class post. If dispatch is delayed beyond 48 hours we use 1st Class post. If dispatch is likely to be delayed beyond 3 – 4 days you will be notified by email or, in the event of holiday closures there will be a message on the website.

Returns

Faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund made including all postage costs.

Full refunds will be made excluding postage for goods returned within 30 days in new condition and in the original packaging.

Valances and sheets are made for bed sizes:

Single           3’ X 6’
Double         4’6” X 6’
King size      5’ X 6’6”
Superking     6’ X 6’6”

Valances have a 15” drop

Duvet covers:          

Single: 54” X 78”   Double: 78” X 78”

King size: 88” X 88”   Superking:  102” X 88”
