1) Place the valance on top of
the bed as shown and insert the long plastic strips into the pockets along
both sides. |

2) Insert one stiffened side
section between the mattress and the bed base on one side of the bed, repeat
for the other side. |

3) Tuck the end section between
the mattress and bed base before inserting the short plastic strip. |
 |
4) Finally, insert the short
plastic strip into the pocket along the end section to secure. |
